Problems after spinal surgery, severe headaches &

"I was disqualified from flight duty, Army Aviation, in 1998 due to problems associated with a spinal surgery.  I suffered daily from severe headaches and pain that limited my range of motion.  I was heavily medicated just to get through the day.  After about 1 year of care from Dr. Haas, I have regained full range of motion and have thrown away the pain killers!  I also recently received a waiver to reenter military service and fly Apache Attack Helicopters.  Thanks to Dr. Haas, I can now defend my country!"  --Damen D.
